제어번호 100326900 저자명 조무성 학술지명 신학과 실천 권호사항 Vol.43 No.- [2015] 발행처 한국실천신학회 자료유형 학술저널 수록면 677-739(63쪽) 언어 Korean 발행년도 2015년 등재정보 KCI등재 주제어 공적신학 , 공적신학 모델 , 하나님 나라 , 샬롬 , 샬롬커뮤니티 , 샬롬시티 , 전인건강 , 건강도시 , 양극화 , 학제간연구 , 성남시 , 세월호 참사 , 가나안교회 , 대원교회 , 성현교회 , 샘물교회 , 한신교회 , public Theology , public theology model , JKSH model , Kingdom of God , shalom , shalom community , shalom city , holistic health , healthy city , polarization , interdisciplinary studies , Sewol Ferry Disaster , Canaan Church , Daewon Church , Seonghyun Church Saemmul Church , and Hanshin Church 판매처 학술교육원 에서 제공하는 논문입니다. 초록 (Abstract) 본 논문은 공적신학의 관점에서 위기의 한국교회가 이 땅의 빛과 소금의 역할을 하고 지역 속에서 샬롬을 형성하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 가나안 교회, 대원교회, 성현교회, 샘물교회, ... 본 논문은 공적신학의 관점에서 위기의 한국교회가 이 땅의 빛과 소금의 역할을 하고 지역 속에서 샬롬을 형성하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 가나안 교회, 대원교회, 성현교회, 샘물교회, 한신 교회의 사역 특히 이웃사랑의 복지 사역을 중심으로 살펴보고 지역교회의 네트워크를 통해 성남시가 건강도시와 샬롬시티로 나아가기 위한 방향을 모색하는데 초점이 있다. 바울이 로마에 있을 때 하나님 나라를 선포하고 예수에 대해 가르치는 일에 집중했다(행 28:30-31). 공적신학의 JKSH 모델의 핵심요소는 예수, 하나님 나라, 샬롬커뮤니티, 건강도시이다. 예수님은 평강의 왕이다. 하나님 나라의 산물이 샬롬이고 샬롬공동체이며 샬롬은 성경적 전인건강이고 샬롬커뮤니티는 성경적 건강도시이다. 자치단체가 추진하는 일반적인 건강도시와 성경적 건강도시 간의 공통분모는 구속에 근거한 영적건강을 제외한 마음, 몸, 사회, 환경의 건강을 추구한다는 점이다. 이것은 공적신학의 중요한 영역이다. 공적신학은 이런 점에서 세계교회 특히 오늘날 한국교회의 갱신에 중요한 통찰력과 비전을 제공해 준다. 공적신학은 기독교의 정체성을 유지하면서 교회 안에 있는 사람들과 바깥에 있는 사람들이 무엇을 왜 어떻게 소통해야 하고 공통된 문제에 대해서 구체적인 실천대안까지도 추구하는 분야이기 때문이다. 이 연구에서 Forrester의 도시복지의 관점과 Graham과 Lowe의 도시신학은 중요한 논리적 뒷받침이고 Linthicum의 샬롬커뮤니티의 관점도 하나님 나라와 건강도시를 연결하는 신학적 이론의 뒷받침이다. 건강도시는 전인건강 곧 시민의 마음건강, 몸건강, 사회건강, 환경건강을 위해서 애쓰는 도시이다. 우리나라는 호주 중국 일본을 포함한 9 개국의 167개 도시가 회원인 서태평 지역 건강도시연맹에 76개 도시가 회원으로 가입되어 있다. 성남시는 행복, 생활만족, 소득, 사회계층의식, 교육의 양극화로부터 심각한 문제에 직면하고 있다. 성남시에는 700여 교회가 존재한다. 가나안교회, 대원교회, 성현교회, 샘물교회, 한신교회의 이웃사랑 사역은 다음과 같은 특색이 있다. 가나안교회의 지역주민을 위한 도서관운영, 대원교회의 가정폭력상담, 성현교회의 노인종합복지서비스, 샘물교회가 지원하는 말아톤 재단의 장애인취업프로그램, 한신교회의 지역주민을 위한 문화센터 운영이 그것이다. 그러나 다섯교회는 성남시의 고통 받는 자들의 삶의 질에 대한 총체적 진단이나 사업의 우선순위나 상호협력의 공통분모를 확인하여 더 나은 성과를 고려해야 한다. 다섯 교회가 위치하고 있는 성남시를 성경적 건강도시 즉 샬롬시티를 만들기 위한 하나님 나라의 비전과 실천 방안에 대한 준비가 필요하다. 이러한 준비는 교회 네트워크를 통한 성남시민의 영적 고통 외에 정신적 신체적 사회적 환경적 고통에 대한 정보 공유, 교회공동체 외에 성남시청이나 다른 종교기관과 기업에서 어떻게 이러한 치유에 동참하고 있는가에 대한 정보의 공유, 예수와 하나님 나라에 초점을 둔 전인목회, 가장 열악한 환경에 있는 취약계층의 훌륭한 돌봄, 큰 교회가 작은 교회를 섬기기 위해 예수님의 겸손의 학습, 서태평양 지역 건강도시연맹의 회원도시인 우리나라의 76개도시의 최대한 활용, 성남시, 세종시, 세월호 참사로 고통을 겪는 안산시를 비롯한 양극화가 심한 도시들이 공적신학관점에서 건강도시와 샬롬시티가 되도록 한국교회와 지역교회의 체계적인 노력을 포함한다. 하나님나라와 샬롬커뮤니티의 꿈을 실현하기 위해서 공적신학의 관점에서 도시에 자리 잡은 진정한 교회들이 하나님의 말씀에 근거하여 성령의 인도로 건강도시운동을 펼치는데 노력을 집중해야 한다. 이것은 우리 시대에 교회를 갱신하고 부정적이 이미지로부터 회복하기 위한 이론이나 실천의 면에서 적실성 있는 전략이다. 신학자들과 인문 사회 자연과학을 연구하는 비신학자들간에 성경적 세계관에 근거하여 학문 간의 학제간 대화와 연구를 통해 공적신학의 지경을 넓히는 것이 기독교학문공동체가 풀어야할 중요한 과제이다. 초록 (Abstract) This study focuses not only on the welfare service for the neighbors, especially in Sungnam City that Canaan Church, Daewon Church, Seonghyun Church, Saemmul Church, and Hanshin Church provide but also on the roles of Church networks in Sungnam city i... This study focuses not only on the welfare service for the neighbors, especially in Sungnam City that Canaan Church, Daewon Church, Seonghyun Church, Saemmul Church, and Hanshin Church provide but also on the roles of Church networks in Sungnam city in order to build the Sungnam City as shalom city and healthy city with emphasis on the role of the salt and light for Korean Churches in crisis in the perspective of public theology. Paul has concentrated on proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about Jesus during his staying in Roma( Acts 28:30-31). The Core Elements of JKSH Model of Public Theology is Jesus, Kingdom of God, Shalom Community, and Healthy City. The product from the Kingdom of God is shalom or shalom community. Jesus is King of peace. Shalom is holistic health in Biblical perspective. Shalom community is Biblically healthy city. The common ground between general concept of healthy city in local government and Biblically healthy city is mental, physical, social and environmental health except spiritual health based on redemption of Jesus. This is important area of public theology. In this Public theology gives important insight and vision for the renewal of the churches in the world, especially renewal in Korean churches. For public theology is discipline about what and why and how to communicate between believers in church and nonbelievers out of church with maintaining the identity of christianity through seeking for practical alternatives about common problems. In this study Forrester’s viewpoint of urban welfare and urban theology of Graham & Lowe with viewpoint of shalom community of Lithicum are theoretical foundations of public theology that connect the Kingdom of God with the healthy city. Healthy city is one that strives for holistic health: mental, physical, social, and environmental health. 76 cities in Korea have become member of AFHC (Alliance for Healthy Cites) among 167 cities of nine countries including Korea, China, Australia etc in Western pacific area of WHO. Sungnam city faces serious problems from polarization in happiness, life satisfaction, income, cognition of social economic status, and education. Bundang-gu is far higher than Sujeong-gu and Jungwon-gu in theses indicators. There are 700 churches or so in the city. There are the following distinguishing characteristics of works of love of neighbor that Canaan Church, Daewon Church, Seonghyun Church Saemmul Church, and Hanshin Church have done: the library operation for local residents of Canaan Church, family violence counselling of Daewon Church, comprehensive welfare service for the aged of Sunghyun Church, Job employment for the disabled of Marathon Welfare Foundation supported by Saemmul Church, and Cultural Service for local residents of Hanshin Church. But total assessment of quality of life of suffering people in Sungnam City, Priority of Welfare Project, and common ground for cooperation should be considered for the better fruits. The vision of kingdom of God and its practical alternatives must be prepared to encourage Sungnam City to become Biblically healthy city, shalom city. This preparation includes the following suggestions to build Sungnam as shalom city and Biblically healthy city: (1) sharing information about the status of mental, physical, social, environmental suffering of Sungnam citizens besides spiritual one, (2) sharing information that Sungnam city hall, other religious groups, and various enterprises participate in relation to healing suffering people in Sungnam City. (3) holistic ministry focused on Jesus and the Kingdom of God, (4) excellent care of vunerable group in very poor environment, (5) learning humility of Jesus that big churches may serve small churches making the most of 76 cities in Korea as member of AFHC, (6) making systematic efforts of Korean church and local church for economically and socially polarized cities including Sungnam City, Sejong City, an Ansan City suffering from Sewol Ferry Disaster in order to become healthy city and shalom city from public theology perspective. In order to realize the dream of the Kingdom of God and shalom city all true churches that are located in Sungnam City must make great efforts under th guidance of the Holy Spirit on the basis of the words of God for healthy city movement in the perspective of public theology. This is theoretically and practically relevant strategy to renew church in our time and recover from the negative image of them.
